Delivery Information

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 am EST are usually shipped same day, excluding major holidays.  Orders placed after 11 am EST are usually shipped the following day, with Friday - Sunday orders shipped the following Monday.   You can expect your item(s) to be delivered usually 2-5 days from the time of order (see delivery map below).  *Please note that large orders may take an additional 1-2 days of processing.


Orders are processed within 24 hours of placing your order.  When your order has been processed, it has been put into the warehouse for fulfillment and cannot be canceled.  If you make a mistake, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.  If your order has already shipped, our standard return policy applies.


Romertopf Clay Cookware is fragile by nature and we want your new Romertopf Cookware to arrive to you in excellent condition!  All Romertopf Clay Bakers are packaged with great care, securely wrapped in approximately 7 layers are large-hole bubble wrap and shipped in heavy-duty 3-ply shipping boxes.  The shipping costs shown during checkout are real-time FedEx rates and what it costs us to ship to your destination.  We DO NOT charge a handling fee or mark up shipping costs.


Currently, we ship within the United States and FedEx is our main carrier, however, on occassion UPS or USPS may be used.  We offer a variety of shipping options, including expedited service.


The map below shows general transit times for standard ground service once your order leaves the warehouse. Transit time does not include weekends.  Please note that during the Holiday Season, typically November through December, transit times may take longer and holiday closures/shipping policies are according to the carrier.

We will keep you up-to-date on your order and here's a list of common order status terms.

  • Processing - We have received your order successfully
  • Processed-Pending Shipment - Your order has been processed and is in the warehouse for fulfillment
  • Shipped - Your order is on its way.  Carrier, Tracking Number and Tracking Link provided
  • Complete - All items in your order have been delivered 
  • Refunded - A refund has been issued for your order
  • Canceled - The order was canceled due to payment method error or other error
