Divine Chicken Divan

2 cups frozen chopped broccoli

1 10 ¾  oz. can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup

1 ½ cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey

½ cup shredded swiss or cheddar cheese

2 TBL. Dry white wine or milk

½ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. pepper

3 TBL. Parmesan cheese        


Hot cooked rice  


Mix first 7 ingredients (through pepper) in large mixing bowl.  Place mixture in clay pot. Sprinkle top with parmesan and paprika.  Add lid and place Romertopf in oven.  Set oven temperature to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 35­40 minutes.  Remove lid and continue baking 10­15 minutes or until top is golden and bubbly.  Serve over hot cooked rice.
