Damaged or defective items must be reported in writing and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt of your order. If the item was received damaged or defective, the item will be replaced at no charge. We do not provide refunds or replacements for purchases made outside of our store. Damaged or defective items as a result of misuse will not be refunded.
If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) and we will refund the item's purchase price. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
All returns must meet the following conditions:
To begin the return process, please have your complete order information ready and fill out our online return RMA Request Form. Completing the RMA request form does not constitute our acceptance of the return. We will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your RMA request within 3 business days. If your RMA request is approved, we will send you the proper documentation to include with your return.
PLEASE DO NOT return any items until you have received a notice from us on the status of your RMA. Any and all items returned without prior authorization and proper documentation will be discarded and refund of return will not be granted.
Returns will be inspected upon receipt. We will notify you of your return status and accepted returns will be processed within 7-10 business days. If your return has been rejected, we will notify you of the reasons for rejection and refund/store credit will not be granted.
Please contact us if you wish to exchange a product. Shipping charges cannot be credited or refunded.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or you may choose store credit.
