Damaged or defective items must be reported in writing and sent to email@example.com within 10 days of receipt of your order. If the item was received damaged or defective, the item will be replaced at no charge. Please note we may ask for photos of the damaged product(s) to keep on file for our records. Damaged or defective items as a result of misuse will not be refunded.
If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) and we will refund the item's purchase price. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
All returns must meet the following conditions:
PLEASE DO NOT return any items until you have received a notice from us on the status of your RMA. Any and all items returned without prior authorization and proper documentation will be discarded and refund of return will not be granted.
Returns will be inspected upon receipt. We will notify you of your return status and accepted returns will be processed within 7-10 business days. If your return has been rejected, we will notify you of the reasons for rejection and refund/store credit will not be granted.
Please contact us if you wish to exchange a product. Shipping charges cannot be credited or refunded.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or you may choose store credit.
