Return Policy

  • RETURNS: DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Damaged or defective items must be reported in writing and sent to support@romertopfdirect.com within 10 days of receipt of your order.  If the item was received damaged or defective, the item will be replaced at no charge.  Please note we may ask for photos of the damaged product(s) to keep on file for our records.  Damaged or defective items as a result of misuse will not be refunded.


RETURNS: GENERAL

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) and we will refund the item's purchase price.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

All returns must meet the following conditions:


  • Returned items must be in new condition.  All original boxes, packing materials, manuals and accessories must be included for any replacement, exchange or refund.
  • Your item(s) must have proof of purchase, such as an order ID number.
  • Please do not assemble or modify a product before returning it or else we cannot refund your purchase.
  • All returns must be pre-approved and issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). 
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s).  

To begin the return process, please have your complete order information ready and fill out our online return RMA Request Form.  Completing the RMA request form does not constitute our acceptance of the return.  We will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your RMA request within 3 business days.  If your RMA request is approved, we will send you the proper documentation to include with your return.


PLEASE DO NOT return any items until you have received a notice from us on the status of your RMA.  Any and all items returned without prior authorization and proper documentation will be discarded and refund of return will not be granted.


Returns will be inspected upon receipt.  We will notify you of your return status and accepted returns will be processed within 7-10 business days.  If your return has been rejected, we will notify you of the reasons for rejection and refund/store credit will not be granted.


EXCHANGES

Please contact us if you wish to exchange a product.  Shipping charges cannot be credited or refunded.



REFUNDS/STORE CREDIT

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or you may choose store credit.

  • Items Returned by Mail: We'll credit your account within 14 business days of receipt of the return. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. 
  • Shipping Charges: You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s).   Please use a reliable carrier such as FedEx or UPS.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
